Religion and Science

Religion answers two needs. One is that of looking for answers to questions people ask. Religion and science came into conflict when they began coming up with conflicting answers. Religion was science up to that point, in many respects, as they both did the same job. With the advent of the Renassaince, and the development of the scientific method, the two diverged. Science now answers many of the questions that people ask; while religion concerns itself with those that science is unlikely to be able to answer any time soon, if ever. Read the rest of this entry »
